Flap Discs

A flap disc is an abrasive tool attachment that is made of many layers of “flaps” of overlapping abrasive, sandpaper-like, sections adhered to a central hub in a wheel design. Flap discs offer accurate angle grinding versatility with a product that can grind and finish in a single action. These flap discs also feature cooler cutting with less gouging and burning than bonded abrasives such as grinding discs. These discs are primarily used for abrasive grinding and finishing of welds, deburring, rust removal, and snagging.
