Benchmark Abrasives guarantees that all orders for product that is in stock will process and ship within 4 business days. Most packages will ship next day except for the case of orders placed after 12pm Fridays, which will usually ship the following Monday. For same day shipping, orders must be placed prior to 2pm PST and an expedited shipping charge will be added to the order. Expedited shipping does not guarantee faster shipping time frames by the selected carrier; it only ensures that the order will ship out from the distribution warehouse the same day. Expedited shipping is not applicable to shipments that shipping is free.
Free shipping not available on international orders. Free shipping will only be available to orders being delivered within the lower 48 states that meet the requirements.
Benchmark abrasives uses standard shipping rates to calculate the shipping cost for all orders. This is done so that our customers receive fast, fair, and reliable shipping on all orders.
Undelivered Package
If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.
Sales Tax and Duty
Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before making purchase.
Shipping to an address different from your billing address
If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.
